Our commitment

Intirear (operated by Soyuz Ventures Ltd) complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR for all users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. We process the minimum data needed to run the service, are transparent about who processes it, and give you full control.

Your rights

• Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
• Erasure — delete your account and data, honoured within 30 days (Art. 17).
• Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
• Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing (Arts. 18, 21).
• Withdraw consent — for anything we process on the basis of consent, at any time (Art. 7).

You can exercise most rights yourself from Settings → Data & Privacy (export or delete your data), or email us and we will respond within one month as required by Art. 12(3).

Sub-processors

Our complete Article 28 sub-processor list — every vendor that processes user data on our behalf, with purpose, data category, and region — is published and kept current at /dpa. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new one.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK (for example to US-based sub-processors), the transfer is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, included in each sub-processor's DPA. We do not transfer personal data to non-adequate jurisdictions without such safeguards.

UK residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); EEA residents may complain to their national data-protection authority.
