Do Not Sell or Share
My Personal Information.

Our position

Intirear does not sell your personal information for money, and does not shareit for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in California Civil Code § 1798.140(t) and § 1798.140(ah). We don't use third-party advertising trackers, we don't participate in real-time bidding exchanges, and we don't license user data to data brokers.

Even though the statute does not require us to provide an opt-out (because there's nothing to opt out of), we honor the spirit of the law: if you submit a request below, we will (a) add your account to a no-marketing-comms list, (b) confirm in writing within 45 days, and (c) honor any future legitimate request to delete associated data.

Submit a request

The form below logs your request with a request ID you can use to follow up. We respond within 45 days as required by California law, and we will not retaliate against you for exercising this right.

By submitting you affirm you are the person identified above (or an authorized agent) and that the information is accurate. Knowingly false requests are a misdemeanor under California Civil Code § 1798.150(b).

Authorized agents

You may also send a request through an authorized agent. We'll need (1) a copy of the written authorization signed by you, or (2) a power-of-attorney that complies with California Probate Code § 4000 et seq., before we process the request. Send those to privacy@intirear.design.

Other states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with consumer-privacy laws have similar rights. The form on this page is the canonical destination for all such opt-out requests. If your state requires a separate form, email us and we will accommodate the format.
